On June 21, 2025, the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, will become the center of attraction for all fans of mixed martial arts.

The Baku Crystal Hall Arena, known for its impressive architecture and large capacity, will create ideal conditions for spectacular fights. The organizers of the tournament are actively working on compiling a program of fights, which will include both young talents and experienced UFC fighters from different weight categories. The main fight of the evening will be a light heavyweight clash between Jamal Hill and Khalil Rountree. The intrigue of the fight is whether Rountree will be able to finish the fight by knockout in the first rounds or Hill will win thanks to his technique and endurance. Jamal "Sweet Dreams" Hill, who won the UFC champion title in 2023, but was later forced to give it up due to an Achilles tendon injury, is inspired by legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather and has repeatedly trained in his gym.

Khalil "War Horse" Rountree is known for his pressure and powerful punches. A Los Angeles native, he grew up in a family of a music producer, and his father worked as a security guard for the great Muhammad Ali. Khalil suffered from excess weight and was bullied by his peers during his school years, but sports became his salvation. He lost weight and changed his life dramatically. Training with Wanderlei Silva led him to the TUF show, and then he made it to the UFC through the Ultimate Fighter project, where he defeated all his opponents. In the UFC, Rountree alternated victories and losses, but then put together a series of five victories in a row.

The program also includes preliminary fights with the participation of young fighters eager to prove themselves on the big stage. Among them, it is worth noting the fight between Chechen fighter Ismail Naurdiev and South Korean Yun Yong Park Kyoji. Both athletes are bright figures in the world of MMA with their unique fighting styles. Ismail Naurdiev is known for his aggressive style and powerful strikes, often finishing fights early. He recently began representing Morocco after competing under the Austrian flag. He debuted in the organization in 2019 with an impressive start, but then suffered a series of setbacks.

Yun Yong Park prefers a more strategic approach to fights, with an emphasis on wrestling and grappling. Since his UFC debut in 2019, he has won eight of his eleven fights. If Naurdiev can keep the fight on his feet and use his striking skills, he will have an advantage. However, if Pac takes the fight to the ground and uses his grappling, he could succeed with a submission or choke.
